Take three cleansing breaths, inhaling for four seconds, holding for four, exhaling for four, and holding for four again. Visualize a strong tree trunk extending from the base of your spine, with roots spreading deep into the earth. Feel the connection and strength this provides. Draw energy from the earth’s core through a taproot into your body, filling you with empowering light. Express gratitude to each organ, drawing in energy with each breath. Release tension and negativity with each exhale, visualizing them dispersing like ash in the wind. End with a feeling of lightness and gratitude, ready to continue your day with renewed energy and positivity.
